01 · Shipping Coverage
Empire 799 ships across India via registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. International shipping is not available at this time.
We ship to all pin codes serviceable by our logistics partners.
02 · Processing and Dispatch Time
Orders are shipped within 5 days from the date of the order and/or payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation, subject to courier company/post office norms.
Orders placed on public holidays or weekends will be processed on the next available business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase is verified.
03 · Delivery Address
Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase.
Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of registration.
Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of checkout.
04 · Liability for Delays
Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company/postal authority.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics partner operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.
Remote or rural locations may require additional 2–3 business days beyond the standard window.
05 · Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
If there are any shipping costs levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case may be), the same are not refundable.
06 · Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number and carrier details will be sent to your registered email and phone.
You can also track your order from the My Orders section in your account.
If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days of your order, please contact support@empire799.com.
07 · Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the carrier will attempt re-delivery.
After repeated failed attempts, the package may be returned to our facility. In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply.
08 · Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery or document the damage with photos immediately.
Report the issue to support@empire799.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and evidence.
Transit damage is covered under our replacement policy — please refer to our Refund & Replacement Policy for details.
