Empire 799 does not offer refunds. We resolve eligible product issues through replacement only. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

We do not offer monetary refunds on any orders once payment is confirmed.
Replacement Only
Eligible issues are resolved through a one-time product replacement at no additional cost.
Quality Assurance
All products are inspected before dispatch. Replacements are issued for verified defects or damage.
01 · Our Policy
Empire 799 operates a strict no-refund policy. Once an order has been placed and payment is confirmed, no monetary refund will be issued under any circumstances.
We are committed to delivering quality products. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
02 · Non-Refundable & Non-Cancellable Declaration
All sales on Empire 799 are final. We do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances once an order has been placed and payment has been confirmed.
The following are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable:
— Orders that have been dispatched or are out for delivery.
— Perishable items including but not limited to flowers, food, and consumables.
— Items that have been delivered and accepted without raising a complaint within the stipulated timeframe.
— Orders cancelled after the 2-day cancellation window has elapsed.
The sole remedy available to customers is product replacement, and only in eligible cases as described in this policy.
03 · Cancellations
Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order.
Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the seller/merchant and they have initiated the shipping process, or if the product is already out for delivery. In such an event, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.
Empire 799 does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, a refund or replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.
No cancellation fee is charged. However, once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible and the no-refund policy applies.
04 · Eligibility for Replacement
The item received is physically damaged, defective, or non-functional on arrival.
The item delivered does not match the product ordered (wrong item).
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team. The request will be entertained once the seller/merchant has checked and determined the issue at their own end. This must be reported within 2 days of receipt of products.
If the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 days of receiving the product. The customer service team will take an appropriate decision after reviewing your complaint.
Photographic or video evidence of the issue must be submitted via our support channel at support@empire799.com.
05 · Non-Eligible Cases
Change of mind or personal preference after purchase.
Damage caused by the customer after delivery.
Items that have been used, washed, altered, or tampered with.
Requests raised beyond 2 days of delivery.
Items purchased during a sale or at a discounted price are not eligible for replacement unless physically damaged on arrival.
06 · Warranty Items
In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from the manufacturers, please refer the issue directly to them.
07 · Replacement Process
Step 1 — Contact us at support@empire799.com within 2 days of delivery with your order ID and clear evidence of the issue.
Step 2 — Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
Step 3 — If approved, a replacement unit will be dispatched. The defective item may need to be returned depending on the case.
Step 4 — Replacement shipments are subject to standard delivery timelines.
08 · Refund Processing
In case of any refunds approved by Empire 799, it will take 2 days for the refund to be processed to you.
